With nearly a decade of experience planning weddings, conferences, tradeshows, and fundraising events across Montana, Alana Wangen brings a blend of strategic organization, creative vision, and calm execution to every celebration. As the founder of Elite Interactions Weddings & Events, she specializes in Montana wedding planning, month-of coordination, and full-service event management for couples and organizations seeking a beautifully seamless experience.

Alana discovered her love for wedding planning while designing her own wedding, which sparked her passion for creating meaningful, stress-free celebrations for others. Her background in Communication Management, Public Relations, and Social Media allows her to blend storytelling with structure, ensuring every event feels intentional and elevated.

Serving couples and clients throughout Helena, Bozeman, Big Sky, Paradise Valley, and Missoula, Alana is known for delivering weddings and events that are organized, personal, and effortlessly executed.
“Alana did a wonderful job as our day-of-coordinator! She helped me create a day-of-timeline which helped me make key wedding day decisions and clearly communicate what I wanted her to do! She was very collaborative and communicative. She also attended our rehearsal the day before the wedding, which was a big help in making the wedding day go smoothly. It also ended up raining the day of our wedding, and Alana gracefully stepped in when asked to help get tents set up over outdoor tables, and she wiped down chairs that were wet. She also helped a lot with clean up so my husband and I could enjoy the dancing and night and be in the moment instead of dealing with solving day-of problems, like the rain or coordination of vendors.
